Why Work With Us
Maybe you’re a college student or recent graduate looking for experience, an industry professional tired of the status quo, or even a talented individual with no prior construction experience. Being on the B Team means being part of a disruption. The success of our business depends on each and every one of us following the data wherever it leads – especially when that means doing things in new and unusual ways. We know that’s not comfortable or interesting for everyone, and that’s ok. If, however, the idea of a fresh approach sounds appealing, we’d love to hear from you!
